摘要
利用动力学有限元分析方法,把整个HSK工具系统视为线弹性结构,在计算出HSK工具系统固有频率和振型的基础上,进一步分析了不同不平衡量大小在高速旋转下对HSK工具系统刀尖、刀柄端面和刀柄锥面所产生的动态响应,研究结果为合理评价HSK工具系统的高速动态性能提供理论指导。
This paper considered the whole HSK tool system as a linear-elastic structure with the dynamic finite element analysis method.Based on the computation of the natural frequency and the mode shapes of the HSK tool systems,the dynamic response induced by the various amount of unbalance under the high rotary speed is analyzed,which effected on the system including the blade point、both end surface and taper surface of shank.The research result can be used to estimate the high speed dynamic performances of HSK tool system reasonably.
