软脉灵口服液联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛40例临床观察

摘要 目的观察软脉灵口服液联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法将120例不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)病人随机分为A、B、C三组,均予常规治疗,其中,A组加用阿托伐他汀10 mg/d;B组加用阿托伐他汀20 mg/d;C组加用阿托伐他汀10 mg/d,并服软脉灵口服液10 ml,tid。以临床症状、心电图、血脂等为观察项目。结果B、C组治疗后较A组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显下降,高密度脂蛋白明显升高(均P<0.05);B、C组治疗总有效率均为77.5%,A组总有效率为65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程未见严重肝肾损害及出血病例。结论软脉灵口服液联合小剂量阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛病人安全有效。
