摘要
针对湖南汝城某含磷难选铁矿石,简要分析了该铁矿石中磷的赋存状态与磷铁嵌布关系,研究考察了某嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌(At f菌)的生长特性、不同磷源对该At f菌代谢的影响以及不同浸矿浓度和At f菌接种量条件下的浸矿过程。试验表明:微生物通过耗磷生长的代谢过程,对含磷难选铁矿石进行脱磷是可行的。当前At f菌对该含磷铁矿脱磷率最高可达到61.47%。
The occurrence of phosphorus and the dissemination characteristics of phosphorus and iron minerals in a phos- phorus-containing refractory iron ore from Rucheng, Hunan, were studied. The growing characteristics of an acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans ( At f), the influence of phosphorus with different sources on At f metabolism, and the ore leaching processes with different leaching concentration and different inoculation quantity of At f, were investigated. The experimental results indicate that the At f metabolism process by consuming phosphorus is feasible to the ore dephosphorization, and the maximum dephosphorization rate can attain 61.47%.
