摘要
综述了合成可溶透明聚酰亚胺的改性方法,包括在聚合物主链中引入柔性结构单元,引入不对称性结构,引入大体积的侧基或三氟甲基取代基,引入扭曲的非共平面结构及其它方法如通过共聚合反应等手段来改善聚酰亚胺的溶解性、透明性、热稳定性及其它性能。
Aromatic polyimides are generally insoluble in organic solvents, and exhibit low optical transparency. These facts may limit their practical applications in some fields. Therefore, much effort has been concentrated on synthesizing soluble and transparent polyimides. Some commonly used modification methods for soluble and transparent polyimide were reviewed in this paper, including the introduction of flexible structure units, introduction of asymmetry structures, introduction of bulky pendent substituents or trifluoromethyl substituents, introduction of twisted noncoplanar structures and other methods such as copolymerization to improve the solubility of polyimide as well as the transparency, thermal stability and other properties.
