摘要
针对特殊物料的传送问题,研制了吸盘式物料传送装置。重点介绍了气动系统和控制系统的设计;使用真空吸盘代替手爪,实现了对具有特殊外形或材质物料的吸取;控制系统以三菱FX2N-32MR为核心,通过电气动控制系统驱动执行元件动作,完成了传送装置的动作循环。研究结果表明,该物料传送装置能够实现对特殊物料安全有效的搬运。
Aiming at conveying for special material, the sucker like material transferring device was developed. The pneumatic and control system was introduced selectively. The material transferring with special shape and substance was realized through replacing the claw with the vacuum cup. Based on Mitsubishi FX2N-32MR, all the movements in a circle were finished through driving the actuator with electrical and pneumatic control method. The research results indicate that this transferring device can realize safely and effectively convey for special material.
