摘要
针对云南监狱管理局红田煤矿第四系、第三系地层中存在直径约为2 m的大球状砾岩,使露天矿穿孔爆破带来困难,经研究采用小硐室爆破方法得到解决。经过反复的爆破参数的计算和试验,推导出装药量的经验公式,使炸药的消耗量下降40%。爆破后的岩块均匀,爆堆集中无伞岩,方便装运。提高了该矿的经济效率。
the big spherical conglomerate of about 2 m in diameter in quaternary and tertiary strata in Hungtian Coal Mine, which makes open - pit blasting hole be difficulty, was removed by using of small chamber blasting. After repeated calculation of blasting parameters and experiment, empirical formula of loading dose was derived, according which the consumption of explosives droped 40%. the blasting rock block is uniformity in shape and there are non-umbrella rocks on explosive pile, the shipment is facilitated, so ecanomic efficiency of mine is improved.
