摘要
水质检测工作对水质管理日益重要,简述了实验室认可的准则及特点,水质检验中心根据《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》(ISO/IEC17025:2005)重点对技术能力进行完善,并且借助了LabBuilder LIMS实验室信息管理系统进行规范管理和控制。通过实验室认可实施、规范各项活动、提高管理水平、提升技术能力,保证了中心检测工作质量,也为上海市的生活饮用水的质量和安全提供了更加有力的技术保障。
Water quality analysis is becoming increasingly important for the water quality management. This paper demonstrates the criterion and characteristics of laboratory accreditation. According to the 《General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories》（ISO/IEC17025：2005） and LabBuilder LIMS, water quality （analysis） center focus on improving the qualification of technical ability and doing standardized management and control. Through implementation, we ruled all the activities, improved the level of management and assured the quality of analysis work. This work will also provide more powerful technical support for the quality and safety of drinking water in Shanghai.
