摘要
利用自行筛选驯化的苯胺降解菌人苍白杆菌(Ochrobactrumanthropi)对影响苯胺降解的各种主要因素进行了研究,发现降解菌在35℃,pH6.5下及苯胺初始浓度200—800mg/L的范围内保持高活性,最大降解速率达到10.05mg·(L·h)-1.振荡速率在0—120r·min-1时,苯胺降解速率线性增加,振荡速率大于120r·min-1时,苯胺降解速率趋于稳定.底物浓度在0—200mg/L内,平均降解速率急剧上升;底物浓度在200—800mg/L内,生物保持较高活性,平均降解速率为9.30—10.05mg·(L·h)-1;底物浓度大于800mg/L时,平均降解速率线性下降.当接种量(菌县液/反应液)为20ml/100ml时苯胺的降解是高效与经济的.
The main factors affecting the biodegradation rate of aniline using Ochrobactrum anthropi from screening and acclimating have been studied.The results indicated that the maximum rate biodegradation is 10 05mg?(L?h) -1 when the initial concentration of aniline are between 200 and 800mg/L at pH6 5 and 35℃.The biodegradation ratio increases liner when the oscillation rate is 0?120r?min -1 ,and it will be steady when the oscillation rate is beyond 120 r?min -1 .The average degradation rate increases rapidly when the substrate concentration is between 0 and 200 mg/L,and it will decrease liner when the concentration is beyond 800mg/L.It is efficient that 20ml bacteria degrade 100ml solution containing aniline.
