摘要
重庆市黔江地区是一个集“老、少、边、穷”为一体的典型贫困山区。通过大力开发该区丰富的旅游资源来发展地区经济是实施扶贫攻坚计划的有效途径之一．应注意以下几方面：①政府参与引导；②纳入重庆市总体开发战略、合理定位．突出重点，提高知名度；③引导农民参与；④发挥旅游产业主导作用．协调各产业发展。
As a special district of minority nationality. the economic development level and the standard of living of Qianjiang are lower in Chongqing. Meanwhile. there is a bigger disparity between Qianjiang and other districts of Chongqing. Because of rich tourist resources and prominent location. it is possible to accomplish the poverty reduction task by way of tourist industry in Qianjiang. According to present situation. a series of proposals of developing regional economy around tourist resources is put forward in the paper.
