摘要
合成了新膨胀单体:3,9-二(对甲氧基苄基)-1,5,7,11-四氧杂螺环(5,5)十一烷。以BF3OEt2为催化剂,实现了其阳离子聚合。聚合产物的1HNMR、13CNMR、IR及元素分析数据,均表明发生的是双开环聚合反应。该单体与环氧树脂共聚,可降低树脂固化过程中的体积收缩率。通过对改性树脂固化时表观体积变化率的测定,推算出单体的体积膨胀率(10.44%)。改性环氧树脂的粘接性能测定结果表明,膨胀单体的加入,提高了粘接拉伸强度和剪切强度。
A new expansion monomer: 3,9 di(p methoxybenzyl) 1,5,7,11 tetroxspiro(5,5) undecane was prepared. Its cationic polymerization was carried out for BF 3·OEt 2 as catalyst. The 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and IR data as well as elementary analyses of the obtained polymers indicated that it underwent double ring opening polymerization. Its copolymerization with epoxy resin can reduce the volume shrinkage ratio of the resin during cured process. Through measurement of the apparent volume change, the volume expansion ratio(10.44%) was caculated. Data of adhesion property of the modified epoxy resin indicated that the additon of the expansion monomer into epoxy resin system enhanced the tensile strength and shear strength.
