摘要
目的对比分析两种家庭阴道冲洗方式治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。方法将200例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组使用传统的家庭阴道冲洗方法,观察组使用善邦一次性鼻腔冲洗器进行阴道冲洗(两组患者均经护士在医院指导后回家自行冲洗)。观察两组患者在冲洗治疗过程中阴道疼痛感,治疗1周后阴道炎症程度和阴道清洁度及临床效果。结果两组患者冲洗过程中阴道疼痛感、治疗后阴道炎症程度和治疗后阴道清洁度间差别均有统计学意义(u值分别为4.89、10.13和8.48,P<0.05)。观察组治愈94例、显效3例、有效2例、无效1例,对照组治愈60例、显效24例、有效14例、无效2例;两组疗效比较差别有统计学意义(u=2.95,P<0.05)。结论采用新式家庭阴道冲洗治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病,可减少患者的阴道疼痛感,使阴道炎症程度和清洁度明显好转,且简单、方便。
Objective To comparatively analyze the clinical effects of two kinds of family vaginal douching in treatment of vulvovaginal candiasis. Methods Totally 200 patients with vulvovaginal candiasis were randomly divided as trial group and control group, with 100 in each. The patients in the control group were given traditional family methods of vaginal douching; and those in the trial group were new douching with disposable nasal irrigator （ Shanbang mode） （ Patients did it themselves at home following the guidance by nurses at the hospital）. The conditions of vaginal aching feeling during the procedure, and inflammatory change, vaginal hygiene and clinical result after one week douching were observed. Results There were significant differences in vaginal aching feeling during the procedure, and inflammatory change and vaginal cleanness after treatment between the two groups （u =4. 89, 10. 13, 8.48, P 〈0. 05）. There in the trial group 94 cases who were cured, 3 who got remarkable effect, 2 got effect and 1 did not respond; as compared with 60, 24, 14 and 2 respectively in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （u = 2. 95, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The new family vaginal douching for vulvovaginal candiasis can reduce the vaginal aching feeling, decrease vaginal inflammation and improve the cleanness. It is simple and convenient.
