摘要
根据电弧炉的负载特性,结合其工作对电网电能质量的影响,提出了性价比最高的SVC(静止无功补偿装置)补偿方案。介绍了SVC方案的参数计算、控制方式和试验结果。在大量数据及波形的基础上,对其滤波、抑制电压波动、无功功率补偿效果进行了比较和评价,证明了SVC的有效性。该方案为解决电弧炉治理问题提供了工程实例,有利于今后工作的推广和改进。
According to the load characteristics of EAF, and combining the operating impact on grid power quality, the best costperformance program of SVC compensation is put forward. And then parameter calculation, control methods and experimental results are introduced. On the basis of a large amount of data and waves, evaluation and comparison is made for its filter, voltage fluctuation restraining and reactive power compensation effect, which proves the validity of SVC. Due to the engineering example for solving the problem of EAF governance, the scheme is benefit for promoting and improving the future work.
