摘要
射砂头内压缩空气压力是射压造型中的一个重要参数,它对射砂环节中型砂从射砂头射入造型室(或砂箱)的过程产生影响。本文通过设定不同的压缩空气压力,研究它对型砂充填效果的影响。根据实验结果得出,在一定范围内低的压缩空气压力生产的铸型强度更高、分布更均匀。
The influence of compressed air pressure on sand filling and pre-compaction has been studied on pre-setting pressure parameters. In the new aeration sand filling, green sand flowed like " water" and filled up small pockets with given lower compressed air pressure because a porous filter was used in the sand tank, resulting in that the strength and its uniformity of a mold were better when low pressure aeration filling was adopted.
