摘要
设计了一种有害气体检测装置.它采用单片机控制,实现对有害气体的数据采集及显示,并将采集的数据转换为对应频率的脉冲信号,上传到监控主机,实现远程实时监控.该装置为适应防爆现场的要求,采用红外遥控技术,不用打开设备即可完成数据的查询、仪表的校准及报警值的设定.它具有超限声光报警、切断用电设备电源的功能,可有效预防爆炸或人员伤亡事故的发生.该装置的软硬件设计在Proteus的虚拟环境下进行了联合调试.
The device to detect hazardous gases was designed. It is controlled by MCU to collect and display the data of hazardous gases and then convert the data into the pulse signal of corresponding frequency. After that it uploads the data to the monitoring mainframe to realize the remote real - time monitoring. To meet the demand of anti -riot scene, the remote infrared control technology is used in the device. It is not necessary to open the device to fulfill the data search, meter calibration, and setting the alarm values. It has the functions of unlimited sound and light alarm, and cutting off power so as to prevent explosion and casualties. The software and hardware for the device have gone through a joint debugging in the virtual environment of Proteus.
