护砌管沟法在高水位流砂地段的应用

摘要 福建LNG管道工程途经的泉港区涂岭镇汶阳村段,属于海冲击平原,地表0.1 m以下为砂砾,遇水液化,无法成沟,而且LNG管道与一条沿河堤的自来水管道平行敷设,间距仅2 m,LNG管道施工时必须保证自来水管道的安全。文章以该段工程为例,介绍了在高水位流砂地段敷设管道时,采用小型轮式机械开挖管沟和用编织袋装砂砾石护砌的施工方法,不但成功解决了管沟成型和近距离自来水管道保护两个施工难题,而且方案操作简易可行、安全可靠。 The pipeline section in Wenyang village of Fujian LNG Pipeline Project is located in marine alluvial plain where there is a grit layer at the depth over 0.1 m and it is easy to liquefy and is difficult to make a ditch. Furthermore, the LNG pipeline is laid in parallel with a tap-water pipeline that goes along a riverbank; the distance between the two pipelines is only 2 m. The construction of the LNG pipeline must ensure the safety of the tap-water pipeline. Taking the pipeline section project as an example, this paper illustrates the construction method in area with high underground water table and quicksand, i.e. trenching with small-size wheel-type machine and building ditch slope pitching with woven fabric bags filled with grit. This method solves successfully the difficulties of pipe ditch forming and nearby tap-water pipeline protection, and it is easy, safe and reliable to operate.
