摘要
中国的东部地区有着优越的自然地理环境和经济的先发优势,许多东部小城镇的污水处理设施采用了国际领先的新技术、新工艺,其建设水平高,运营和管理体制较完善。西部地区由于经济发展水平落后,污水处理率比全国平均水平低,加之自然条件恶劣,建设的难度相对较大。在对东部部分省市小城镇进行实地调研的基础上,针对东部小城镇污水处理厂,在工艺、处理效果、运行管理等方面对污水处理技术优点和存在的问题进行了总结,并且分析了东部污水处理技术在西部小城镇的适用性,为西部小城镇污水处理设施选用适用的技术提供参考。
With the superior geographical environment and the better economic condition in eastern China, many wastewater treatment plants adopted international advanced technique and processes. The construction lever is higher and the operation and management system is better in condition in western China is still in a backward state and eastern China than that in western China. The economic the rate of wastewater treatment is below the average lev el. At the same time, the poor natural conditions bring a large number of difficulties to construct. Based on the sitesurvey on some small towns in eastern China, advantages and disadvantages were summarized in the fields of process, treatment effect and operation management, and the application of wastewater treatment technologies in western small cities were analyzed. References for choosing appropriate wastewater treatment technologies for western small cities were provided.
