摘要
提出一种由直线音圈电机直接驱动,采用新型弹性解耦机构的二自由度高速精密定位平台。为研究平台在高速高加速运动情况下动态特性,利用ANSYS软件建立了该平台的有限元模型。以此模型为基础,探讨了在预紧弹簧预紧力、电机驱动力以及焊头焊接力的作用下,引起的该定位平台的应力及其工作表面的变形情况,为平台的结构动态设计提供了依据。
A new 2-DOF positioning table of high speed and accuracy, directly driven by voice coil actuator, is put forward. And a novel elastic decoupling mechanism is used in the table. In order to study its dynamic characteristic when the table works at high speed and high acceleration, the table FEA model is built through ANSYS software. Based on the model, the stress of the table and the distortion of the table working surface applied by spring pre-load, electromotor driving force and the bonding force are discussed. The analytical re- sults can provide reference for the table dynamic structural design.
