摘要 回顾分析肾主骨本质的研究思路,通过下丘脑雌激素受体的变化,拟从下丘脑-垂体轴的神经内分泌网络探讨"肾主骨"的理论内涵,揭示"肾-骨-脑-生殖"是一种综合性的功能状态,并有具体的功能网络和调控中心。 Review and analyze researches on Substantive Connotation of Traditional Medicine" Kidneys Govern Bone", explore its network of naval and incretory metabolize from expression of estrogen receptor in hypothalamus, especially from the regulation of hypothalamus-pituitary core, thus to show that"Kidney- Bone-Brain- Reproduction"is the synthetical and functional estate, also has the functional network and center of regulation.
