摘要
目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒DNA(HBVDNA)不同载量人群血小板参数异质性,分析HBVDNA载量与血小板参数的相关性,以期为临床抗病毒治疗乙型肝炎患者提供间接参考依据。方法选择确诊的乙型肝炎及乙型肝炎病毒携带者且从未进行治疗的人群,在检测其血液HBVDNA载量的同时检测血小板四项参数(血小板数量PLT、平均血小板体积MPV、血小板分布宽度PDW、大血小板比率P-LCR),以HBVDNA载量105copy/ml为界,将其分为两组,以HBVDNA≥105copy/ml为大载量组、<105copy/m者为小载量组,分析两组血小板参数的差异性、HBVDNA载量与血小板参数的相关性。结果大、小载量两组血小板参数有显著性差异,P值均<0.01;HBVDNA载量与PLT、MPV、PDW、P-LCR四者的相关性分别为-0.535、0.642、0.720、0.560,P值均<0.05。结论HBV对人骨髓造血有抑制作用,提请HBVDNA高载量人群且血小板参数异常严重者应进行抗病毒治疗以减轻HBV对骨髓的毒性作用。

Methods To select of diagnosis of hepatitis B and hepatitis B virus carders and has never been treated before the Crowd, in the detection of the blood HBVDNA load testing at the same time four platelet parameters (platelet count PLT, mean platelet volume MPV, platelet distribution width PDW, platelet ratio of large P-LCR), HBVDNA load used10^5copy/ml as a dividing line standards and will be divided into two groups, in order to HBVDNA ≥10^5copy/ml load for large groups, 〈10^5copy / ml load for small groups, Analysis of two groups different platelet parameters, HBVDNA load and parameters of platelet correlation. Results Of large and small load of two platelet parameters were significantly different, and all P value 〈0.01. HBVDNA load with the PLT, MPV, PDW, P-LCR Correlation coefficient of the four were -0.535,0.642,0.720,0.560,ai1 P values 〈0.05. Conclusion HBV in human bone marrow hematopoietic inhibit .HBVDNA drew crowds of high load and platelet parameters Severely abnormal should anti-viral treatment be carried out in order the toxicity of HBV on the role of bone marrow.
