摘要
目的:选择性能优良且安全的颅骨修补材料,探讨数字化成型二维钛网修复体在颅骨修补中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析应用数字化成型二维钛网修复体进行颅骨修补39例,三维易塑型钛网修复体行颅骨修补42例,进行疗效评价。结果:两组病例手术切口均一期愈合,未发生相关并发症。从两组患者的手术时间、麻醉时间、术中钛网塑型安装时间、钛钉使用数量、患者对修复后容貌满意度及术后3个月疗效评价等方面进行比较,数字化成型二维钛网修补组优于三维易塑型钛网修补组;应用数字化成型二维钛网修复体进行颅骨修补简化了手术步骤,减轻了手术医师的劳动强度。结论:应用数字化成型二维钛网修复体修复颅骨缺损的效果优于三维易塑型钛网修复体。
Objective: To study the clinical value of computer - aided designation (CAD) of individual shaped in repairing skull defects. Method:A retrospective analysis of 39 cases with skull defects undergone the repairing skull defects with computer - aided designation (CAD) 2 - D titanium armor plates, and 42 cases with the 3 - D titanium armor pahes. Result:Two groups of uniform incision healed with no complications. Two groups of patients from the time of surgery, anesthesia time, during the installation of titanium mesh modeling time, the use number of titanium screw and the appearance of the repair satisfaction and efficacy 3 months after evaluation to compare, the 2 - D titanium armor plates group is superior to 3 - D titanium armor pahes groups. It was compressing the operation steps and less the labor costs by using computer - aided designation ( CAD ) 2 - D titanium armor plates. Conclusion:using cornputer - aided designation ( CAD ) 2 - D titanium armor plates could obtain the better clinal effect.
