摘要
锁阳经不同的溶剂(水、pH3水、60%乙醇、95%乙醇、水饱和正丁醇、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯)在室温下振摇提取,得到锁阳不同溶剂提取物。采用DPPH·法对锁阳不同溶剂提取物进行清除自由基活性测定,通过综合评价筛选出清除自由基活性的最佳提取物。结果表明,锁阳不同溶剂提取物均有清除自由基活性,其中,锁阳60%乙醇提取物为清除自由基活性的最佳提取物。锁阳具有较强的清除自由基活性,有很好的开发利用价值。
Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. were vibrational extracted using different solvent including aqueous, aqueous(pH3), 60% ethanol, 95%ethanol, n-butanol, n-butanol saturated by aqueous and ethyl acetate in room temperature, respectively. And then the different extracts were obtained. The radical scavenging capacity(RSC) of the different extracts was determined spectrophotometrically using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picry- Ihydrazyl(DPPH. ) free radical assay to screen the best extract through synthetic evaluate. The results showed that all the extracts from Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. had scavenging effects on the DPPH. free radical, whereas the 60% ethanol extract was the most appropriate extract. Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. has a high radical scavenging capacity, showing good prospect for development and utilization.
