Ponseti方法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价Ponseti方法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足的临床疗效。方法2002年6月至2007年6月本院收治先天性马蹄内翻足患儿225例（331足），平均年龄159d，（2～630d），其中男146例，女79例。均采取Ponseti方法手法矫正、石膏同定，每7d更换石膏1次，经3～10次（平均6．7次）石膏矫形后患儿内收内翻畸形得到矫正，开始佩戴外展支架每天24h，持续3个月后，改每天12h至患儿3～4岁。结果平均治疗时间8．5周，185例（81．9％）获随访，平均随访时间3．5年，疗效满意率为94．8％。结论早期应用Ponseti方法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足可获得满意疗效，疗效与足部畸形程度及患儿治疗依从性有关，与治疗时间早晚无明显相关，外展支架的运用有利于减少马蹄内翻足的复发。
