摘要
目的探讨糖尿病专科新护士培训模式。方法对2006年8月至2008年12月我院内分泌科的36名糖尿病专科新护士分3个阶段培训,制汀详细的培训计划,进行理论和操作统一量化考核,对考试不合格者淘汰,总培训时间为4个月。结果 36名新护士中的34名理论及操作成绩全部合格,2名被淘汰;提高了新护士理论及操作成绩;提高了患者对新护士的满意度。结论糖尿病专科新护士基础技能培训能够适应糖尿病专科的临床和实践需要。
Objective To explore the training model for new diabetes nursing specialists. Methods Thirty - six diabetes nurses took part in the 3 steps training for four months,which included theory study, skill training, and final tests. Total training lasted four months. Results Thirty - four nurses passed the test. After the training, the theory score promoted, and the operation score promoted. The patients' satisfaction increased. Conclusion The standardized training for new diabetes nursing specialists is appropriate and completely adapts to the needs of diabetes specialists.
