多西他赛 顺铂同步放化疗鳞状细胞癌的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察放疗联合多西他赛、顺铂治疗鳞状细胞癌的疗效及不良反应。方法对65例鳞状细胞癌患者根据不同的治疗方法分为两组:单放组和放化组。单放组32例,采用常规视野放疗;放化组33例,采用多西他赛每周同步方案。两组均随5年。结果放化组有效率分别为18.2%和69.7%,而放疗组分别是6.3%和46.9%。两组有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放化组和放疗组2年、5年生存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同步放化疗优于单纯放疗,不良反应能耐受,可明显提鳞状细胞癌的疗效。
