摘要
采用Flexsim软件对某公司的牛奶仓库进行仿真优化研究,首先建立了仿真模型,对不同入库量情况下的系统运行情况进行了分析,得出了现有资源配置下的最大日处理能力,接着对系统运行出现瓶颈时的优化方案进行了仿真分析和比较。实验结果表明,仿真优化可以较好地实现企业资源的合理利用。
The paper uses Flexsim software to study the simulation and optimization of a milk company＇s warehouse, establishes a simulation model first to analyze the operation of the warehouse system with different storage quantity and to obtain the daily processing capacity of the warehouse under the present resources disposition and then simulates and compares the optimized plan while bottleneck occurs in the system operation.
