摘要
采用舒郁调神汤治疗中风后抑郁症１２８例，经ＨａｍｉｌｔｏｎＤｅｐｒｅｓｓｉｏｎＳｃａｌｅ（ＨＭＡＤ）评分判定疗效，治愈５０例（３９．０６％）；显效３９例（占３０．４％）；有效２７例（占２１．０９％）；无效１２例（占９．３８％），总有效率９０．６２％。
This paper reports the results of Shuyu Tiaoshen decoction (SYTSD) in treating 128 cases patients with depression syndrom after cerebral apoplexy. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HMAD) was used to determine the effect. The results showed that: 50 cases (39.06%) were cured, 39 cases (30.49%) were markedly improved, 27 cases (21.09%) were effectively improved and 12 cases (9.38%) failed to respond. The total effective rate was 90.92%. It indicated that the SYTSD has the effect of improving the main and accompany symptoms of depression syndrom after cerebral apoplexy.
