金融危机对大学生就业的影响及对策分析被引量：11

导出

摘要金融危机会加剧大学生的被动型失业,但也会减少等待型失业。金融危机对大学生就业的影响,并不必然表现在加剧失业规模上,而主要表现为加剧就业的结构性矛盾。要化解金融危机对大学生就业的冲击,就必须从劳动力市场和高等教育领域的深层次矛盾入手,设计战略性就业调控政策,并从当前时局出发,设计临时性就业促进政策和保护性就业政策。
