摘要
手术、化疗、放疗是胃癌的主要治疗手段。东、西方国家针对胃癌的治疗策略有所不同，治疗结果存在明显差异。通过收集近年来的相关文献，总结了东、西方治疗胃癌的现状及争议，以期为临床上胃癌的最佳治疗模式提供参考。
Surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are the main treatments for gastric cancer. There are many differences in therapeutic strategy and therapeutic result between oriental countries and western countries. From related literatures published in recent years, we summarizes the situation and dispute of gastric cancer therapy between oriental countries and western countries. The aim is to provide references for the best therapeutic mode of gastric cancer.
