保留肾单位手术与根治性肾切除术治疗肾癌疗效比较 被引量：6

摘要 目的比较保留肾单位手术(NSS)与根治性肾切除术(RN)治疗肾癌的疗效。方法61例肾癌患者分为NSS组(30例)及RN组(31例),比较手术时间、出血量、并发症及3年、5年生存率。结果平均手术时间NSS组120min,RN组100min;出血量分别为100mL及80mL;随访6月～5年,NSS组1例肾积水,1例局部复发并肾静脉瘤栓形成,2例肺部转移死亡;RN组1例同侧肾上腺转移,2例死亡,1例死于腔静脉瘤栓脱落、肺栓塞,1例死于肺部转移;3年、5年生存率NSS组分别为100%、93.3%,RN组分别为100%、93.5%。结论NSS切除肿瘤彻底,并发症少,有望成为治疗单发、表浅、偶发小肾癌的金标准。
