摘要
利用低温等离子技术(LTP技术)对羊毛织物进行表面改性处理,使其具有更优良的服用性能。经LTP技术处理后,毛纤维鳞片被刻蚀,纤维定向摩擦效应和织物收缩率降低,改善了羊毛的毡缩性,若协同柔软剂处理防毡缩效果更佳;羊毛经LTP技术处理后鳞片破坏易于浸润,亲水性和上染率均能显著提高;羊毛纤维经表面改性,出现的纳米尺度的沟槽和凹凸结构利于后整理,经拒水拒油整理后,羊毛织物的拒水性能达到5级,拒油性达到6级。
Low temperature gas plasma treatment was used for surface modification of wool to perfect wear behavior. The etched surface of the fibers induced the decrease of friction effect on fiber to fiber and shrinkage of fabric. As the same time the synergistic effect of anti-shrinkage treated by LTP with lubricant was better. the destroied wool fibers with LTP tended to soaking, eventually inducing the increased wettability and a higher dye uptake rate. The nano-size roughness on the plasma treated was prone to finish, and water/oil repellent finishing imparts 5 rating of water repellence and 6 rating of oil repellenee functions on wool fabric.
