摘要
目的:观察用电点燃海马和杏仁核方法建立癫痫动物模型的成功率。方法:通过电点燃海马和杏仁核建立癫痫动物模型。结果:单侧海马点燃和双侧海马点燃成功率有显著性差异(P<0.01),而双侧海马点燃、单侧杏仁核点燃与双侧杏仁核点燃成功率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:多个癫痫病灶的存在促发癫痫的形成,且通过电点燃杏仁核建立癫痫模型是一种比较好的方法。
Objective: To observe the percentage of animals that successfully by making animal model of epilepsy by electro- kindling hippocampus and amygdaloid nucleus. Methods: Animal model of epilepsy was established by electro-kindling hippocampus and amygdaloid nucleus. Results: Compared with half hippocampus kindled rats, the bilateral hippocampus kindled rats significantly increased the percentage of animals that successfully kindling (P〈0.01). However, the percentages of animals which successfully kindled in the bilateral hippocampus rats, the half amygdaloid nucleus rats and the bilateral k kindled rats showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The results show existence of several epilepsy focals promoted epilepsy. Meanwhile, it is a better method of making animal model of epilepsy by electro-kindling amygdaloid nucleus.
