摘要
青岛地区智能型电网调度决策支持系统是电力系统调度由分析型向智能型转变的开发尝试。系统采集电网监控与数据采集系统(SCADA)和保护故障信息系统的信息,利用人工智能技术,在电网发生故障时,根据故障涉及的开关和保护的动作情况进行故障诊断,并给出故障恢复策略。介绍了系统的设计思路、开发标准、主要功能以及基于多代理技术的系统实现方案,给出了在青岛地区实际应用的案例,阐述了智能调度的意义。
The intelligent decision support system for Qindao power network is an application attempt beyond the traditional power dispatching. The system utilize the data from SCADA system and protection fault information system with artificial intelligence technologies. In normal conditions, it presents evaluation reports on dispatching security and economy. In fault condition, whereas, it diagnoses the fault and offers the restoration scheme in terms of the action of breakers and protections. In addition, it produces the command order sheet automatically when the net work modified. This paper introduces the design of the hardware and software architecture, main functions and the realizing process based on multiagent system(MAS), and finally explains the mechanism of intelligent dispatching.
