摘要
目前在埕岛油田进行调剖堵水作业时,多采用干粉状聚丙烯酰胺,部分水井采用油包水反相乳液形式的聚丙烯酰胺,存在溶解时间长、需船载施工、作业成本高、火灾隐患大和易污染环境等问题。以新型的海水介质分散型聚丙烯酰胺乳液为主剂,预聚酚醛树脂为交联剂,合成了一种新型的高强度抗盐调剖体系,研究了温度、矿化度、pH值和组分浓度等因素对调剖体系成胶性能的影响,并对其性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,该调剖体系适用于海水,具有选择性和较好的抗酸、碱、盐的性能,成胶时间可控(3~8d),成胶强度可调(-0.078~-0.036MPa),稳定性好。
As far,HPAM,whose form is dry powder or W/O emulsion,is utilized to achieve water plugging or profile control in Chengdao Oilfield. There were some questions:long dissolving time,needing vessel operating,high operating cost or higher fire danger class,being easy to pollute environment,etc. A novel crosslinked system has been synthetized that has more intensity,temperature tolerance and salt-resisting,whose master agent is a new type of dispersant HPAM emulsion in salt water,and assisting agent is prepolymerized phendic resin. The change of the crosslinked performance of the system was investigated on temperature,salinity,pH,compositional concentration and so on. Then the performance was evaluated. The result shows that the crosslinked system is suitable for salt water and has selectivity. The crosslinked time is adjustable (3d to 8d) and crosslinked intensity can be controlled ( -0.04 to -0. 078MPa). The crosslinked system has good stability,more resistance to acid,alkali and salt.
