摘要
赠刊是高校图书馆文献资源补充之一,为教学和科研提供广泛的信息依据。然而,这种经济、简便的信息资源,在高校图书馆并没有引起重视,笔者认为应与订购期刊一样列入日常管理事务中,并从制度上予以规范化管理。
Complimentary periodicals are one of the necessary complement for document resources of university Libraries, which provide a comprehensive information basis for teaching and scientific research. However, such economic and handy information resources have not taken seriously by university libraries. The author argues that the complimentary periodicals should be included in the routine management affairs, and its management should be standardized institutionally.
