摘要
目的探讨高职护生的人格特征与主观幸福感的关系,以及主观幸福感的影响因素,为促进其身心健康提供依据。方法采用总体幸福感量表、艾森克人格问卷、自制调查问卷对363名高职护生进行问卷调查,分析其总体幸福感水平、人格特点及两者的关系,以及主观幸福感的影响因素。结果高职护生主观幸福感得分为(81.58±12.14)分,高于常模(P<0.01);各年级学生、是否独生子女的主观幸福感差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),一年级、非独生子女的护生主观幸福感得分相对较低(P<0.05);主观幸福感与精神质和神经质呈负相关(P<0.01),与外向性呈正相关(P<0.01);回归分析结果显示,人格特征(神经质、外向性、精神质)、年级是主观幸福感的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论高职护生主观幸福感总体水平较高,相比而言,一年级、非独生子女护生的主观幸福感水平偏低;人格特征和年级高低对高职护生主观幸福感具有影响作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between the subjective well-being and the personality of vocational college nursing students, and the factors influencing this sense, so as to provide the basis for improving their mental health. Methods By means of the General Subjective Well-being Scale, EPQ-R, and the self-designed questionnaire, 363 junior college nursing majors were surveyed. And then an analysis was made of the relationship between the subjective well-being and the personality of the nursing students, and the factors influencing this sense. Results The score of subjective well-being was (81.58±12.14), higher than the norm (P〈0.01). The grade the students are in and whether or not they are the only child counted in the score, with the differences being statistically significant (P〈0.05). The freshman and the not only child scored lower (P〈0.05). And the subjective well-being was negatively correlated with mentation and neuroticism(P〈0.01), and positively with extroversion (P〈0.01). It was revealed by the regressive analysis that the personality and the grade were major factors influencing the subjective well-being (P〈0.05). Conclusion The subjective well-being of junior vocational college nursing students was on the high end on the whole, and comparatively speaking, those of the freshman and the not only child were lower. And the personality and the grade exert influences on the subjective well-being.
