摘要
"农民工"是中国特有的概念,在城市建设中农民工发挥了重要的作用。可随着城市经济的发展、产业结构的升级和技术替代,农民工需要通过再教育提升其基本素质和进行职业技能培训,提高他们在城市的生存和发展能力。文章阐述了农民工职业培训的现状和影响其参与职业培训的因素,并就如何大力发展农民工职业培训的路径进行了思考和探索。
＂The peasant laborer＂ is the Chinese unique concept. The peasant laborers have played a vital role in the urban construction. With the development of urban economy, the promotion of industrial structure and the technical substitution, the peasant laborers need to promote their basic qualities by re-education and enhance their survival and developing abilities by vocational training. This article elaborates the present situation of peasant laborers＇ vocational training and factors influencing their participation of vocational training, and explores the ways to vigorously develop the peasant laborers＇ vocational training.
