摘要
苜蓿作为优质饲草,对奶牛业的发展至关重要。针对河北省奶业发展中优质蛋白饲料短缺的问题,介绍了河北省苜蓿生产现状及发展苜蓿生产的现实意义;针对河北省奶牛生产性能中存在的问题,介绍了苜蓿对奶牛产奶量、牛乳品质和干物质采食量的影响。
As a high quality forage, alfalfa is very important to the development of dairy industry. In view of the shortage of high quality protein feed in the development of dairy industry in Hebei Province, the production status of alfalfa and the practical significance of developing alfalfa production are introduced. In view of the problems in the production performance of dairy cows in Hebei Province, the effects of alfalfa on the milk yield, milk quality and dry matter intake are introduced.
