摘要
通过两树脂的机构共混、化学共混即核-壳型聚合过程,及设计聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂分子链之间形成化学键等方法,研究了用丙烯酸树脂改性的水性聚氨酯的红外光谱特征.红外光谱分析表明:丙烯酸树脂改性的水性聚氨酯材料中存在着氢键行为;聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂分子链分子链之间形成化学键,能提高其相容性及共混程度;化学共混体系即核-壳型聚合物PUA、PUA′体系中PU与PA分子链处于一定的微相分离状态;机械共混物PU/PA体系中PU链的硬段与PA分子链之间具有较好的相容性和很高的共混程度.
Through the ways of physical blend and core shell latex polymerization of chemical blend,and forming chemical bond between PU chain and PA chain,water borne polyurethane modified with acrylic resin were studied.IR spectrum analysis with water borne polyurethane modified acrylic resin indicated that hydrogen bond existed in water borne polyurethane modified with acrylic resin here;compatbility and degree of mixing in PUA or PU/PA materials system were developed by formation of chemical bond in the chain between PU and PA;micro phase separation was formed by carrying core shell latex polymerization;and compatibility and degree of mixing between hard segment of PU chain and PA chain were especially improved in PU/PA blend.
