摘要
沂蒙黑猪为山东著名的地方良种,具有抗病力强、无应激综合症、生长发育较快、繁殖力较高和肉质良好等特性。主要介绍了沂蒙黑猪的形成历史、分布和生产现状,分析了沂蒙黑猪种群面临濒危的原因,重点阐述了发展沂蒙黑猪生产的对策和建议。
Yimeng black pig is a famous local good breed in Shandong province,showing strong disease resistance,no stress syndrome,a high growth and development,high fertility,fine meat quality and other excellent characteristics.Formation history,distribution and production status of Yimeng black pig were introduced in this paper,and endangered causes of Yimeng black pig were also analyzed with focus on developmental strategy and suggestion of Yimeng black pig production.
