摘要
以角式调节阀为研究对象,应用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对其内部流场进行了三维数值模拟,得到了流量特性曲线及流道内的速度场、压力场分布.通过不同流向和开度的对比分析,表明此类阀门在大开度时流闭型可显著提高流量系数.
The inner flow field of an angular control valve is simulated in three dimensions with CFD soft- ware FLUENT. The characteristic curve, velocity distribution and pressure distribution are obtained through calculation. According to the comparison between different flow directions and different degrees of opening,the flow direction which makes the valve core shut embodies a higher flow coefficient obviously when this type valve works on the full opening.
