摘要
采用柱色谱技术,从地桃花全草95%乙醇浸膏的乙酸乙酯部分和正丁醇部分中分离得10个黄酮化合物,经MS和NMR分析,鉴定分别是山奈酚(1)、芦丁(2)、槲皮素(3)、阿福豆苷(4)、紫云英苷(5)、银椴苷(6)、过山蕨素(山奈酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷,7)、山奈酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8)、山奈酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、大花红景天苷(10)。其中化合物1、4、6、7、8、9、10为首次报道从地桃花中得到,也是首次从梵天花属植物中得到。
Column chromatographic technique was used for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate portion and the n-butanol portion from 95% ethanol extract of the branches and leaves of Urena lobata L.. Ten flavonoid compounds of Urena lobata L. were identified by means of MS and NMR spectroscopy as: kaempferol (1), rutin (2), quercetin (3), afzelin (4), astragalin (5), tiliroside (6), kaempferol-3-O-β-D- glycopyranoside-7-O-β-L-rhamnoside (7), kaempferol-7-O-β-L-rhamnoside (8), kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside-4'- O-β-D-glycopyranoside (9) and crenuloside (10). Among them, compounds 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 were first reported to be isolated from Urena lobata L..
