摘要
介绍了钛酸酯偶联剂表面改性沥青阻燃剂的原理和方法,确定了钛酸酯的最佳用量;通过红外光谱、差热分析等手段,对表面改性前后沥青阻燃剂的结构与性能进行了表征;研究了表面改性前后沥阻燃剂的分散效果,对比分析了表面处理对阻燃沥青常规性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,钛酸酯与沥青阻燃剂发生了化学作用,降低了沥青阻燃剂的表面极性,其最佳用量为沥青阻燃剂的1.7%;表面改性不仅提高了沥青阻燃剂的热稳定性和分散性,还增强了沥青阻燃剂与沥青的相容性,同时改善了阻燃沥青的性能。
The paper introduced the theory and method of asphalt fire-retardant surface modified with Titanate Coupling Agent, and determined the optimum titanium ester dosage; the structure and performance of asphalt fire-retardant before and after the surface modification were represented through infrared spectrum and differential thermal analysis; dispersion effect of asphalt fire retardant before and after the surface modification were studied and the influence of surface treatment to the common performances and fire resistance. Results showed that: titanium ester reacted with asphalt fire-retardant, reducing the surface polarity of asphalt fire retardant, and the optimum titanium ester dosage was 1.7 % of the asphalt fire retardant; surface modification not only increased the thermal stability and dispersibility, but strengthened the eompatibilty of asphalt fire retardant with asphalt and the performances of asphalt fire retardant were improved as well.
