摘要
随着大学生就业压力的增大,如何采用更适合社会需求的专业设置,增加其就业预期的教育教学措施成为各院校超前设计和努力实践的重大课题。文章就临沧师范高等专科学校中文系以科学发展观为指导,结合专业特点,突出地方特色,实践"课堂前置",培养学生"专科知识与‘一技之长',努力提高大学生就业机率"的课题实践,进行专业课程教学实践的探讨。
With the increasing pressure of the employment , the adaptation to the society and designing some practice curricula in the early period of college have become an important task for all ＂colleges. This essay will illustrate how to design earlier courses for practice, endowing students with some special techniques based on the different features of majors in order to increase the employment rate.
