摘要
借鉴国内外的先进经验,对如何构建国家、企业、学校、教师、学生五位一体的实践创新培养体系进行了研究。结果表明:五位一体的培养体系能有效克服实践创新培养中遇到的诸如国内教育比不上发达国家、教学内容跟不上技术的更新、教学资源跟不上学生的增加、教师精力顾不了课余的辅导、学生认识与社会要求反差大等问题,对提高学生在国际金融危机面前的就业能力有一定的借鉴意义。
Using advanced experience of both at home and abroad as reference,this paper studied on how to build the ＂Five-in-One＂ training system of innovation and practice,which consists of state,enterprises,schools,teachers and students.The result shows that the ＂Five-in-One＂ training system can effectively overcome many problems encountered in the practice in creative teaching.And there is certain referential significance to enhance students ability of getting employment in the international financial crisis.
