摘要
为了提高南平烟区的特色烤烟品质,通过相关分析和通径分析对南平烟区主要气候因子和中部烟叶化学成分的关系进行了研究。结果表明,烤烟大田期的主要气候因子与烟叶淀粉、总氮、总植物碱、氯的含量以及两糖差、糖碱比、钾氯比指标相关较为显著;烟叶中碳水化合物和含氮化合物的积累受大田期气候因子的直接影响作用为平均气温>降水量>日照时数,在一定范围内,平均气温的升高、降水量的减少、日照时数的增多有利于碳水化合物的积累,而不利于含氮化合物的积累;在一定范围内,降水量的增加不利于钾离子积累;在一定范围内,日照时数的增多不利于烟叶中氯离子的积累。
In order to improve the quality of characteristic flue-cured tobacco in Nanping area, the relationships between the main climatic factors and chemical components of the middle tobacco leaves in Nanping areas were deeply studied using correlation and path analysis. The results showed that the correlations between main climatic factors and starch, total nitrogen, total alkaloids, chlorine, margin of two sugar, ratio of sugar to nicotine, ratio of potassium to chlorine were significant. The direct influence of climatic factors during the field period on the accumulation of carbohydrates and nitrogen compounds in tobacco leaves was average temperature 〉 precipitation 〉 sunshine hours. In a certain range, the increase of average temperature, the decrease of precipitation and the increase of sunshine hours were favorable to the accumulation of carbohydrates, yet unfavorable to the accumulation of nitrogen compounds. The direct influence of precipitation on potassium was great, in a certain range the increase of precipitation was unfavorable to the accumulation of potassium. The direct influence of sunshine hours on chlorine was also great, in a certain range the increase of sunshine hours was unfavorable to the accumulation of chlorine.
