山楂属果实提取物的体外抗氧化活性 被引量:15

Study on Antioxidant Activities of Extractions From Some Kinds of Crataegus Fruits

摘要 为充分开发利用山楂属植物资源,采用DPPH法、ABTS法、还原能力测定和FRAP法对山楂、野山楂和毛山楂果实提取物进行体外抗氧化活性研究,并测定其中总酚、总黄酮和低聚原花青素含量。结果显示,每克鲜果中,野山楂、毛山楂和山楂的总酚含量依次为14.8、0.5、0.12mg,黄酮含量依次为20.6、7.4、0.32mg,低聚原花青素含量依次为46、3.5、4.46mg;3种果实提取物皆有优良的抗氧化活性,它们的DPPH清除能力从高到低依次为:野山楂、毛山楂、山楂;ABTS清除能力、还原能力和铁还原能力从高到低依次为:野山楂、山楂、毛山楂。 For the sake of taking full advantage of the hawthorn resources, the methods of DPPH free radical-scav- enging power assay, ABTS radical cation decolorization assay, reducing power assay and Ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assay were used to study the in vitro antioxidant activity of the fruits of Crataegu,~ pinnatifida Bunge, C. cuneata and C. maxirnowiczii Schneid. Then the content of total polyphenol, total flavones and the oligomeric proanthocyanidins in them were determined. The results showed that, in each gram of fresh fruit, the total polyphenol contents of Crataegus cuneata, C. maximowiczii Schneid and C. pinnatifida Bunge were 14.8 mg,0.5 mg,0.12 mg respectively, the total flavones content were 20.6 mg,7.4 mg,0.32 mg respectively, and the oligomeric proanthocyanidins content were 46 mg,3.5 mg,4.46 mg respectively. And the extracts of all those three kinds of fruits had excellent antioxidant activities. The ability of DPPH free radical-scavenging decreased in the following order: C. cuneata, C. maximowiczii Sehneid and C. pinnatifida Bunge; The ability of ABTS radical cation decolorization, reducing ability and Ferric reducing antioxidant ability decreased in the following order: C. cuneata, C. pinnatifida Bunge and C. maximowiczii Sehneid.
