摘要
以卤水为原料,氨气为碱性沉淀剂,常温沉淀法制取氢氧化镁的工艺研究。研究了反应过程中pH值的变化趋势,氨镁比及镁离子浓度对沉镁效率的影响,镁离子浓度和氢氧化镁粒度的关系。并且对制得的氢氧化镁煅烧后的氧化镁进行了XRD和ICP分析,所得到的实验数据为工业化实际提供生产指导。
In this paper, a technology for preparing magnesium hydroxide with brine as raw material and ammonia gas as alkaline precipitant at normal temperature was studied. The paper also investigated the change trend of pH value of the solution during the process of reaction, the effects of the molar ratio of ammonia to magnesium and concentrations of magnesium ion on removal efficiency of magnesium ions, and the relationship between concentrations of magnesium ions and magnesium hydroxide particle size. Further, analysis of XRD and ICP were conducted to magnesium oxide gained from calcined magnesium hydroxide. The statistics from the experiment provided applicable guidance for industrial production.
