神经系统疾病肠内营养支持适应证共识被引量：17

摘要一、概述神经系统疾病伴发营养问题由来已久，无论神经系统疾病发生急骤还是缓慢、神经功能损害局限还是广泛、病情较轻还是危重，凡是出现意识障碍、精神障碍、认知障碍、神经源性（真性或假性）延髓性麻痹、神经源性呕吐、神经源性胃肠功能障碍、神经源性呼吸衰竭以及严重并发症的患者均可增加营养风险（nutritional risk）或发生营养不足（undemutrition）。
