With the science and technology drastical development,people demand more and more confortable living environment.The paper introduces a real-time monitor method which uses an intelligent mobile phone as the remote control device,the PC as the control center, and uses the second generation Internet to control all kinds of the household intelligent appliances and security equipments.So it achieves the intelligent and fast real-time monitoring purpose.
