摘要
以肉桂酸和苄醇为原料,用强酸性大孔树脂NKC-9作催化剂合成肉桂酸苄酯,确定了最佳的合成工艺为:0.01 mol肉桂酸,0.08 mol苄醇,酸醇比为1∶8,催化剂用量1.52 g,反应时间7 h,肉桂酸的转化率为70.7%。大孔树脂作为清洁、环保的绿色酯合成催化剂,具有广阔的应用前景。
Benzyl cinnamate was synthesized by cinnamic acid and benzyl alcohol by catalyst of macroporous resin NKC - 9. The product was characterized by ESI - MS. The optimal synthetic conditions of the method were: cinnamic acid was 0. 01 mol, benzyl alcohol was 0. 08 mol, macroporous resin was 1.52 g and the reactive time was 7 h. The conversion rate was 70. 7%. As the clean and environment friendly ester synthesis catalyzer, the macroporous resin will be applied very well in the future,
